On last December I have found a car ad online from MOLL GRUPPE and contacted them via phone. They were very helpfull. I have been given all the information about the vehicle over the phone by Mr. Kraft, and then decided to go and see the car myself. Mr. Kraft welcomed me as soon as I arrived on site. Car and its condition was exactly as it was described. He was very helpful and honest on everything. The car was delivered earlier than promised (which I am also very greatful). I found the company very trustworthy from which you can buy any car without having any doubts. It was a very pleasant purchase for me and still using the car.

Dear Sirs, Last Saturday i have called Moll Center on Saturday November 17th and got confirmation that Volvo No 1012083 is available . Then 3 days later on Monday morning i come by plane from Serbia and agent who is responsible for Volvo Said car is sold. Then 1 hour later car was deleted from web site mobile.de. Then they offer me other Volvo XC 90 number 007078 is available. One hour later same agent come on reception where I wait and said also this car is sold. I can not explain disappointments I had in whole company and everything. Next morning I seen again both cars was again on web site published for sale. I return on place of car dealer to tell my disappointment again and they said it is some mistake and it is only on mobile.de. That I need to follow only Moll web site. Now after 3 days I spend in germany because somebody who not work his job correctly I have plane back. Now again I check both web sites and both cars are still available for sale. After all I don’t know what is reason and why somebody play and cheat customers or somebody need to lose job. I really hope such company like yours need to take care about it. I am sure I will what is in my power to inform as much as possible people about your bad behavior with customers!!!

The car was ready for pickup in one week. It can be especially daunting to purchase a car in another country, but Sulayman's English is perfect and he makes the entire process very simple and efficient! Highly recommend!
